Nine Precepts

Nine Precepts
#myworld

1. Opportunity
Do what is right. But first do what is urgent. Playing while the sun is out is urgent - it can't be done when the sun goes down. Homework can wait.

2. Happiness
Being happy is like breathing. You don't breathe to live or live to breathe : breathing is biology, so is happiness.

3. Decisions
Is it enjoyable? Is it sustainable? Can you forgive yourself not going for it? Decisions are not that hard.

4. Standing your Ground
Have good posture. Posture is about exercise and muscular conditioning, but feeling at ease literally standing your ground can change the way you interact with your environment.

5. Worry
Be consumed by the present, and you will have no time for worry.

6. Death
Your social participation completes a paradigm. Your absence creates a new paradigm. You may be missed, but paradigms unique and not mutually comparable : the world is neither better not worse without you, it learned to survive despite you, and will survive beyond you. Experience yourself while it lasts.

7. Words
Words overflow from the heart - to be exact, from where insecurities are stored. Listen keenly.

8. Play
Play is the attitude that prepares for change. Your never too old for play - if you're not playing, you should.

9. Reality
Reality is a matter of habit. Our realities are as different as our habits. Learn to move between realities by moving between habits.
