Good service happens

Good service happens when it is given, not demanded.

Good service is given when customers are patient.

Customers are patient when they trust the staff.

Customers trust the staff when they see that things are handled systematically.

Things are handled systematically when the staff is willing and able to do the job.

The staff is willing and able to do the job when they are treated and trained well.

Bad customer service is a management problem.
